Brookside's 4D Church Leadership Program offers multiple avenues for you to get hands-on ministry experience in a focused area and meaningful mentoring from seasoned church leaders. In any role, you'll also receive guided Biblical and theological training. You can read specifically about that training here.

4D Leadership Program Overview

Full time Residency

Designed primarily for recent college graduates (or seminary / graduate school students), the ministry residency is a paid full-time commitment (40-45 hours / week) for 11 months, August through June. Your assigned area of ministry focus will be where you spend the bulk of your time. This residency will include a combination of hands-on ministry experience in a focused area, meaningful mentoring from seasoned church leaders, and guided Biblical and theological training.

school year internship

Designed primarily for recent high school grads and current college students, the school-year
internship is a paid, part-time commitment for 11 months - August through June. Your assigned area of
ministry focus will be where you spend the bulk of your time. This internship will include a combination
of hands-on ministry experience in a focused area, meaningful mentoring from seasoned church
leaders, and guided Biblical & theological training.
